A fully operational record label run by staff and students, RF Records was originally set up for CCM by Phil Ellis in June 1997 to help students achieve the release of their recorded work whilst at college and now also focuses on emerging regional talent. In recent years it has sold 200,000 units on compilations around the world it has achieved 5 out of 5 Music week club breaker chart positions in the top 15 including a No1, 2, 6, 7, 8 and 9 between 2006/7 with its Dance label imprint, D6 records. The labels are distributed (Physicals) by NDN and (digitally) at iTunes, Rhapsody, Napster and others via the Orchard.
